Introduction
I focus on helping individual adults and teens cope with challenges like:

I work with clients who are stuck in a cycle of sexual addiction or pornography addiction that they cannot seem to break, no matter how hard they try. They make promises to themselves that they cannot keep, returning to the addictive behavior, and end up feeling weighed down by guilt, shame, and frustration.
Sexual struggles often have deep roots, and the patterns that keep you returning to your addictive cycles usually began long before you realized it - often shaped by childhood wounds, unmet needs, or painful emotions. My goal is to help you find and heal the root cause and uncover what is really driving these patterns, including unresolved shame, trauma, codependency, and enmeshment, so you can finally break free from the cycle.
I have a very compassionate, person-centered approach, believing that each person is uniquely created, loved, and has a great plan for his life. I aim to help you see this truth and heal through self-love, acceptance, and other affirming techniques.
Education & Experience
I have a Master of Science in Counseling degree from Amberton University, and am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a specialization in Sex Addiction as an Associate Sex Addiction Therapist (ASAT) through the International Institute of Trauma and Addiction Professionals (IITAP). I am trained in EMDR by the Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing International Association (EMDRIA).
Prior to starting school to become a counselor, I worked in the business world for most of my career before transitioning to public, urban, and inner-city education and then to the healthcare world in Information Technology. I have also worked as an educator and missionary.
Personal Focus
As a Dallas native with a background in ministry, education, and the business world, I offer a unique perspective and set of skills to assist my clients in navigating the challenges they face. My goal and passion is to nourish, cultivate, and help you grow your life into something you’re proud of. I also enjoy running marathons and am a die-hard Liverpool football fan.
