Participants will continue their healing journey by exploring 5 core issues identified during their intensive workshop: self-esteem, boundaries, reality, dependency, and moderation/containment. Topics may include self-compassion, healthy relationships, emotional regulation, self-care, resentments, reparenting, values congruence, and personal growth.
Group members receive ongoing support, connection, and encouragement as they deepen their engagement with integrating the 5 core areas listed above.
